Today at wholesale direct in Newport News VA Josh and Brandon provided my family with the best customer service. They were educated about the cars on the lot . They answered all questions. Time will tell whether we made a good choice earlier today. So far, we are perfectly happy with the service we received and the vehicle we purchased. Joshua greeted us, then Brandon arrived and took over on the sale. Both men were friendly, welcoming, and kind; both appeared trustworthy. We shall see, though we have little doubt at this point. A very nice experience & a good car. We're happy!

My car buying experience here was awesome. I have delt with nasty and pushy car salesman while shopping around for my recent purchase. When I came to this car lot Joshua welcomed me and treated me like a human and not a walking check book. He carried conversations with me which made me feel confident in my decision. I can't stand that awkward silence during the paperwork portion of car buying. Shout out to Josh for making this car buying experience a great one.
